120-Days Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! That's why we offer one of the best return policies in the industry!
If within 120 days after purchase date you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund (some exceptions apply, like personal care products may not be returned, due to health safety concerns and legal regulations).
Returns must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and labels undamaged and attached.
Please have your order number ready for reference. You must have an RMA number to return items. When a product is returned, a restocking fee of 20% may be charged. Please make sure to return your purchase in new condition with its original packaging, with a copy of your original packing slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
There is no restocking fee if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days. In your e-mail, please provide as many details as possible as to what is wrong with the item you received.
All items returned without RMA number, or if delivery was refused by recipient, or incorrect shipping address was provided, the return may be subject to additional restocking fee and return freight charges.
